The Arthritis Foundation’s Living Made Easier Events show you how you CAN beat those daily obstacles and say YES more than no-from cooking to gardening to daily living.
Daily Living Made Easier is a program designed to provide you with the knowledge and insights you need to maintain an active and fulfilling lifestyle with arthritis. In this program we’ll share experts’ tips, techniques and tools – short cuts- to make daily tasks easier on joints, less exhausting and generally more enjoyable. The program will be facilitated by a health care provider and Arthritis Foundation staff member. You’ll also hear from other people who have arthritis about their daily living techniques and have the opportunity to share your own. During the program, easy to use products will be demonstrated.
Speaker: Mimi Jacobs, PT, MPT, GCS, OCS - Physical Therapist
