Francis J. Giantomasi is a member of the firm's Real Estate, Development and Land Use Group. He has over three decades of experience specializing on all aspects of real estate acquisitions, sales, development, complex commercial transactions and Chancery litigation.
Frank is recognized as a leader in planning, zoning, and development law including tax abatement law for the City of Newark and urban areas. He has served as Chief Development Counsel for some of the region's major real estate projects, including the planning and development of Prudential Insurance Company's Newark Headquarters.
Frank has successfully argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Frank received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. He served as a law clerk to Essex County's Assignment Judge, Arthur J. Blake. Prior to joining the firm, Frank maintained the law firm of Giantomasi & Oliveira for over 20 years and spent 4 years at Genova Burns Giantomasi & Webster.

Michele C. Meyer-Shipp is vice president and Chief Diversity Officer at Prudential. She is responsible for leading and supporting all diversity and inclusion efforts for the company, and for ensuring ongoing compliance with federal and state equal employment opportunity/affirmative action laws.Meyer-Shipp joined Prudential in April 2010 as vice president and counsel in the Employment and Labor Law Group. In this role, she provided legal advice, counsel, training and investigative support to several lines of business on a variety of employment and human resources related matters.
Prior to joining Prudential, Meyer-Shipp served as General Counsel of the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor, and spent four years at Merrill Lynch, where she served as employment counsel and lead of its diversity and inclusion efforts in the Global Wealth Management business. Before Merrill Lynch, Meyer-Shipp served as Director of New Jersey’s Division of Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action. Prior to joining the ranks of public service, Meyer-Shipp was in private practice with the law firms of Collier, Jacob & Mills, P.C. and Lowenstein, Sandler, P.C., both in Roseland, N.J. She also served as an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall University School of Law, her alma mater. She served as Law Clerk to the Honorable James H. Coleman, Jr. of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Meyer-Shipp is on the Boards of GLSEN, Inc. (The Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network), the National Organization on Disability, and the American Conference on Diversity. She is an active member of several professional associations including the Association of Corporate Counsel, Minority Corporate Counsel Association, Corporate Counsel Women of Color, National Employment Law Council, and the Society for Human Resource Management. She also is a Co-Chair of the Asia Society Global Talent and Diversity Council. Meyer-Shipp was recently named a “Diverse Attorney of the Year” by the New Jersey Law Journal, and has received numerous honors including the Oliver Randolph Award from the Garden State Bar Association, the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association’s Women’s Initiative and Leaders in Law (WILL) Platinum Award for the Corporate Sector, and has made the Black Enterprise List of Top Executives in Corporate Diversity for two consecutive years. She has also been named as one of the “Most Powerful & Influential Women of the Tri-State Area” by The Tri-State Diversity Council.
Dr. Richard Boiardo is an orthopedic surgery specialist in West Orange, New Jersey. He graduated with honors from New York Medical College, New York in 1979. He has over 37 years of diverse experiences especially in orthopaedic surgery and is affiliated with many hospitals in New Jersey, including CarePoint Health, Hudson County, St. Michael's Medical Center, Newark, Christ Hospital, Jersey City, and Hoboken University Medical Center, Hoboken. Dr. Boiardo is Director of the Musculoskeletal Center and the Chief of Orthopaedics for the CarePoint Health System. He is President of Cross County Orthopaedics Practice, West Orange, NJ.
At St. Michael's Medical Center, a team led by Dr. Boiardo, performed the states first robotically assisted total knee replacement. As a joint replacement pioneer and leader in the field, Dr. Boiardo has brought innovative surgical techniques to Northern New Jersey that represent a new era in joint replacement technology. "The advantages of the robotic-assisted platform represent what's possible in the next frontier - the next level of consciousness, so to speak - of joint replacement surgery" Dr. Boiardo says, "The robot provides orthopaedic surgeons with the means to more closely achieve a stable and long-lasting joint with painless range of motion."
Dr. Boiardo is also a great philanthropist. In Newark, he established "Operation Walk" a philanthropic program that provides free hip and knee replacements for uninsured patients. "The population has been underserved and disenfranchised by a level of poverty, and I feel a strong commitment to the city to help change it," he said. Dr. Boiardo and his mentor Dr. Lawrence Dorr, Los Angles, were part of an international team of surgeons that performed many surgeries in Vietnam. Dr. Boiardo's skills and charitable impulse have also been at work in Spain, Greece, and Russia.
Dr. Boiardo is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Medical Association, the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, and others.
Dr. Boiardo has authored several medical articles in various publications and has given several presentations internationally on his medical expertise. Currently, Dr. Boiardo has been given the honor to serves as an editor for the Journal of Arthroplasty.
For his professional and philanthropic accomplishments, Dr. Boiardo received several honors and awards, including Man of the Year- Project Heartbeat Ball (1991), Man of the Year- Columbus Day Parade (1992), Humanitarian of the Year- Columbus Foundation (2002), Proclamation City of Newark (1992), Proclamation NJ General Assembly (1992), Proclamation United States Congress "Operation Walk" (2010), Humanitarian Man of the Year- Newark Athletic Hall of Fame (2010), and Newark City Council Proclamation "Operation Walk" (2010).
Evan Leibowitz MD, MS Bio

Evan Leibowitz has been practicing Rheumatology in Midland Park New Jersey since 2002. He is part of Prospect Medical Offices, multi-specialty Internal Medicine Practice. The practice is now part of The Valley Medical Group, affiliated with The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood New Jersey. He attended New Jersey Medical School and graduated in 1996 as the top ranked student of his class. He completed an Internal Medicine internship and residency at New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center. He then completed his Rheumatology fellowship at The Hospital For Special Surgery.
Over the past fifteen years he has been voted numerous times as a Top Doctor in the Castle Connelly New York Metro Area Guides, and in the New Jersey and New York Magazines. He was nominated by one of his patients and awarded an Arnold P Gold Foundation Gold Doc Award in 2011. He currently is serving as the President of the New Jersey Rheumatology Association.
